The participation in the International Olympiad on Financial Security is available for:
Schoolers
- citizens of the Russian Federation who, at the time of the preliminary stage of the Olympiad, are mastering the main educational programs of grades 8-10 of basic and secondary general education, including in the form of family education or self-education;
- foreign citizens who, at the time of the preliminary stage of the Olympiad, are mastering the main educational programs of basic general and secondary general education of the Russian Federation, corresponding to the educational programs of grades 8-10 of basic and secondary general education;
- citizens of the Russian Federation who, at the time of the preliminary stage of the Olympiad, are mastering programs of the 1st-2nd years of secondary vocational education.
Students
- citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens studying at the time of the preliminary stage of the Olympiad in bachelor's degree programs (years 1-3), specialist's degree programs (years 1-4), and master's degree programs (year 1) in educational organizations of higher education in the Russian Federation and partner states, including persons mastering educational programs in the form of family education or self-education, or similar forms under the national legislation of partner states
