Olympiad Organisers: the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, educational organisations that are part of the International Network AML/CFT Institute.


Olympiad Partners: The Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, financial intelligence units and other governmental bodies of the partner states of the Russian Federation.

Invitation stage: February 2 – March 10, 2026
Eliminatory stage
1st round
Schoolers in grades 8-10: 
March 14, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Moscow time)
Russian students (programs: Jurisprudence, International Relations, Information Security):
March 16, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Moscow time). Time limit: 1.5 hours after you start.
Russian students (program: Economics):
March 17, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Moscow time). Time limit: 1.5 hours after you start.
International students (all programs):
testing time from March 16, 2026 (10:00 a.m. Moscow time) to March 17, 2026 (6:00 p.m. Moscow time). Time limit: 1.5 hours after you start.
2nd round: April 19 – 21, 2026 Please note that the 2nd round is conducted using the proctoring system (remote monitoring).

International students (all programs): from 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on 20.04.2026 to 06:00 p.m. (Moscow time) on 21.04.2026. The time to complete is 1.5 hours from the start time.
Qualifying stage: August 1 – September 3, 2026
Final: September 27 – October 2, 2026
